Here at Valley Machine Tool, Inc. , we’re searching for a full-time General Laborer to join our team in Morrow, Ohio. In this role, you will be sawing, painting, cleaning, and light machining!

Schedule :
Monday – Friday6 AM – 4 : 30 PM40-50 hours a weekWhat we’re looking for :
2 years of experience cutting and trimming materials with a CNC horizontal band saw.1 year of warehouse experienceBackground in the machining / manufacturing industryTypical Week in the life of a General Laborer :
Position consists of varied tasks related to the preparation, handling, and completion of productsTasks included are receiving, sawing, cleaning, painting, product storage, and final packaging. Also other typical warehouse duties and some light machining as needed.Receiving – loading and unloading deliveries and shipments as needed while following all procedures for identification, traceability, and organization.Sawing – Sets up and operates saw as instructed by management or procedure while following specifications for traceability, accuracy, and quality of the productCleaning – Parts, materials, and equipment to be cleaned and maintained following established procedures to maintain quality and organization.Painting – Finished product to be coated per customer paint specifications using spray gun equipment and following all paint procedures to maintain quality of service and to keep equipment in working orderProduct storage – All products are to be visually inspected, handled, and stored with care following practices to maintain quality, traceability, and organization throughout the facility and the process of product completion.Final packaging – Products are to be packaged securely and efficiently for safe and undamaged transport of all finished goods to customers.Compliance of all policies and procedures for all tasks assigned including safety and maintenance.Does this sound like the right job for you?
