Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to maintain accurate medical records and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Ensure that resident rights are upheld and that patients receive compassionate care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient outcomes.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles within acute care or home care settings.
