Maintenance Position.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Insured reliable vehicle (truck preferred).
- Must have own tools
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Proficient in home repairs.
- HVAC experience additional $2/hour
- Must have variety of knowledge in maintenance including: Flooring, painting, general repairs, building porches, plumbing, carpentry, electrical.
