Position: Healthcare Assistant
Location: Greenfield MA
Hours: Per-Diem Hours will vary. Monday-Friday generally between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact schedule to be discussed at time of interview.
Reporting to the Nursing Leader in Primary care, this role will assist all members of the health care team in support of the clinical staff and providers’ delivery of care to patients. Coordinates day-to-day activities needed to be completed in the center that support clinical care. Provides administrative support to Nursing Leader and Team Leader as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the clinical and provider team in primary care.
- Coordinates and completes the stocking of all patient rooms to meet the needs of patient care. Supports/completes stocking of procedure room and lab supply area. Identifies items needed for supplies to be ordered to maintain rooms stocked and ready for use.
- Provides support to other non-clinical members of the team as directed including CSRP, clinical clerk.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
