Valley Medical Group is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Family Practice team and work in our Northampton Health Center. If you are looking for a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity!

Position : LPN
Location : Florence, MA
Hours : 32 hours, Monday-Friday between 7 : 30am and 6 : 00pm, with at least one 6pm shift every week. Weekend rotation consisting of a 4-hour shift every other week. Hours may vary depending on department needs. Exact schedule to be discussed at time of interview.
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients and families using clinical skills and procedures within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act. LPNs work in a collaborative environment in a team setting and support the needs of the organization by filling in where necessary.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage portal messages, phone calls, and patient cases.
- Follow nursing triage guidelines.
- Prepare patients for the office visit, including administering vaccines.
