Valley Medical Supply LLC has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate. We are looking for a Medical Equipment Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and sales for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Comfortable selling home medical equipment including walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, compression stockings, bathroom safety equipment etc...
- Greet and assist customers by phone or in person and receives information related to customer’s equipment and/or service needs.
- Check out customers at a register.
- Assist cleaning, and disinfecting rental equipment using proper universal precautions.
- Assist with inventory, including putting stock either on display or in the proper storage. This may include assembling, processing, receiving and packing slips, invoice documentation and pricing.
- Delivery and Pick Up medical equipment.
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable answering phones, using computer programs and basic office equipment
- Must have a positive attitude and be solutions-oriented
- Durable Medical Equipment Experienced a plus but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
