The Program Supervisor oversees the Eligibility and Travel Training Program , but may also oversee the Paratransit Program and other demand response programs. Program assignment may change based on the needs of the agency. This position may involve supervising staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with ADA and other regulatory standards. Public outreach and presentations are critical aspects of the role, requiring the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. This role demands flexibility, as it may require working evenings, weekends, and other non-standard hours to support events and community needs.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Transportation Planning, or a related field
- Three (3) years of professional transit experience directly related to the area of assignment including ADA, Paratransit, Demand Response, Ride Choice, and ADA Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience with public outreach, public speaking, and public presentations
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties such as those listed above
Background Investigation :

Valid Arizona Driver's License
