The Senior Management Analyst supports division leadership by creating high-level presentation materials that communicate complex information clearly. The analyst ensures all materials meet the highest standards of quality and consistency to aid decision-making at the senior leadership level. Produces presentations, conducts quality control analysis on divisional procedures, policies, and reports, and ensures accuracy and alignment with internal standards. The analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination, facilitating the timely exchange of critical information to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes for the division.

Bachelor's Degree with major course work in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a closely related field and four (4) years of full-time professional experience in performing administrative, procedural, operational or similar analyses and studies. Directly related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Leads the preparation and development of key division presentation materials including board / committee presentations, division reports and updates, year-in-review reporting, industry presentations, etc.; summarizes and finalizes bi-weekly divisional reporting.

Reviews and copy edits management plans to ensure consistency and quality across multiple projects.

Responsible for development and updates to division management policies and procedures.

Monitors activities and ensures that programmatic and reporting requirements are met.

Captures and documents key decision in policy level meetings for the Capital Development Department.

Facilitates the coordination and routing of agreements across multiple divisions to ensure completion in a timely manner.

May provide project or ongoing leadership or direct supervision to professional, technical or support staff, including work assignment, training and review of work; depending upon assignment, may provide input into selection, evaluation, disciplinary and other personnel matters; may sign evaluation forms and counsel employees as required.

Directs the maintenance of and / or maintains accurate records and files related to the areas of assignment.

Prepares a variety of technical, statistical and narrative reports, correspondence and other written materials.

Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.

  • Physical Demands / Work Environment

    Physical Demands :

    Mobility to work in a typical office setting, use standard office equipment, and to drive a motor vehicle to visit work sites and attend meetings; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.     Work Environment :
