Job Description
We are a small IT Service and Support company in the Lehigh Valley seeking a candidate with experience in sales, marketing and business development.
You will be working a list of prospects and conducting ongoing marketing campaigns and sales appointments. We conduct postcard / direct mail campaigns so the prospects may already be familiar with the company. We’ve also been in business for over 13 years and have some name recognition in the area.
Skillsets and Experience Desired
· Marketing campaigns / Sales appointments / CRM
· Facebook advertising and development of Facebook page content
· Door-to-door prospecting
· LinkedIn prospecting
· Telemarketing / Phone follow-up
Personal Attributes
· No smoking on the job. Good hygiene. Punctual.
· Well organized. Pays attention to detail. Takes copious notes.
· Highly self-motivated and able to be directed.
· Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
Position includes a base salary of $18/hr and a very generous rolling commission schedule. You will receive the following percentages of each sale on a month by month basis over the course of a year: 100% of the first month, 75, 50, 25, 10,10, and 5% for each of the last six months.
Assuming you can make just $1,000 month in sales, the compensation will exceed $70,000 / yr. If you can do $2k / mo, it’s over $106k / yr. We already have some clients that are $10k / mo so there’s money to be made for someone willing to put in the hours and the effort.

Pay: $69,236.00 - $76,522.00 per year
