Position: Sales Person
Location: 1005 Ken Pratt Blvd, Longmont, CO 80501
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-based with 3 months of guaranteed income to start
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to and diligently follow up with customer inquiries and leads according to our established processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all our products to effectively answer customer questions and promote features.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer buying experience.
- Develop skills that will help you grow your career daily.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in the automotive industry. For the right candidates willing to take on no experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers positively.
- Strong listening skills, ability to be empathetic, and make people feel heard.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passionate about automotive sales and delivering high-quality service.
- Vision for your futures, goal oriented and driven to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Required retail experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledgeable about cars and their specifications.
