Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with Valley Oaks Health. Key Responsibilities:
Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
Utilize proper on-hold, call transfer, and note taking procedures.
Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve patients inquiries and concern.
Utilize EHR systems to document calls with precision.
Establishes and maintains proficiency in the EHR for the purposes of patient look up, appointment scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling.
Accurately collects clients payments per specific payment types via telephone.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous office experience preferred.
Knowledge of community served preferred.
Must be computer literate.
Holds a valid Indiana Driver's License and insurance.
