Clinical Health Services and Quality Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement (QI) initiatives.

Collect and analyze data to assess clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and compliance with evidence-based practices.

Work with DON, Senior Director, QI and training team to help ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, as well as Joint Commission standards.

Coordinate quality audits and prepare reports for leadership review.

Oversee employee occupational health programs, including vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness programs.

Manage employee health records, including tracking immunizations and health-related clearances.

Ensure all clinical and administrative staff comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements with regards infection control, TB tests, etc.

Assist in investigating and resolving patient safety incidents and reportable events.

Qualifications:

CMA, LPN, or bachelor’s in healthcare related field

At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.78 - $27.34 per hour
