What You’ll Do:
As a Skills Trainer at Valley Oaks Health, you will have a dynamic and rewarding role that is essential to our core values and mission. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with clients and clinical teams to create personalized skill-building plans based on each client’s goals, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Track client progress regularly, documenting improvements and challenges to inform treatment adjustments and support continuous improvement.
- Help clients apply learned skills to various environments, including work, school, and home, ensuring skills are practical and sustainable beyond training sessions
- Build meaningful relationships with clients to achieve outstanding results.
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a driven, adaptable individual with a passion for mental health, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with others to achieve big things. Here’s what we’d love to see in your background:
- Education Bachelor's degree OR 120 credit hours towards any degree. Associate's degree OR 60 credit hours towards any degree. High School diploma/GED
- Experience 1 year of relevant work, volunteer or lived experience
- Required Valid Drivers License
