RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SUMMER CAMP SITE LEAD:
- Lead children through fun interactive activates such as weekly field trips, arts & crafts, gym games and so much more.
- Create positive lasting memories for each child, each day.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A SUMMER CAMP SITE LEAD:
- Minimum age of 18
- Current state approved first-aid certification.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Knowlege and experience in early childhood education or child development.
- Possesses mature judgement and sound decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members, peers and supervisor.
- Ability to effectively communicate information on YMCA Child Care Programs.
- Must be observant, safety conscious and able to react calmly and quickly in an emergency.
- Availability from approximately May to August
