As a Field Specialist at Synergy, you will be delivering, setting up and educating elderly patients on the use of their respiratory equipment in their homes. This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced, independent, and mobile environment. The right candidate should be dependable, accountable and share our compassion for providing excellent patient care. 

 What will you do in this role?

• Perform respiratory equipment set-ups for our patients in their home
• Educate the patient and their family/caregivers on how their equipment works
• Assist patients with troubleshooting inquiries and handle walk-in patient orders & requests
• Monitor inventory levels, create purchase orders, and reconcile delivery products.
• Driving to and from patients homes to perform set-ups
• Call patients to follow-up after their initial set-up
