What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phone Specialist position at Valley Pediatric Group?

We are now accepting resumes for a Full-Time Phone Specialist in our Growing Pediatric Practice! CNA Medical background is a plus.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:00 (rotating shifts) with, One Saturday a Month 8:30 am to 12:00 pm (Paid at double rate)
Some of the responsibilities of the position:
- Scheduling
- Preparing patients paperwork for appointments
- Phones: Receiving Calls, Gathering Information and Routing Calls
- Fax Server
Phone Room is in the Verona Office
