Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as an RN in our small, rural facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Have 3 years of current CLINIC/Primary Care experience
- Have 2 years of CURRENT Triage experience
- Prior travel experience and rural/small facility experience are highly preferred
