• Collect EHR deficiency data related to Advanced Clinicals and future Meditech projects
• Manages unsigned orders and provider documentation
• Manages incorrectly signed and rejected orders
• Manages correction and completion of PDOC entries
• Serves as liaison to HSC and DAC
• Assist the DAC in the process improvement of improving usage of electronic health record (EHR)
• Assist the DAC on training and retraining providers on EHR
• Other duties as assigned by the DAC What qualifications you will need : RN license by state of Texas Current CPR certification, Two or more years hospital and / or healthcare industry experience Understanding and proficiency with medical terminology. One or more years supervisory experienced, preferred. Familiar with clinical workflows and data flows within and between HPF and Meditech Familiar with TJC and CMS requirements for clinical documentation Founded as Valley Community Hospital in 1975, Valley Regional Medical Center proudly serves Brownsville, TX and the surrounding communities in the Rio Grande Valley.
