What are the responsibilities and job description for the CTE Middle School Public Services/CTE Wheel Health Sciences/Location TBD position at Valley Regional Occupational Program?
Under the supervision of Valley ROP Director or designee and High School administration, instruct Middle School students. The Middle School Career Technical Education (CTE) Wheel Instructor is a dynamic educator responsible for introducing middle school students to a diverse range of careers through a rotational curriculum model. The instructor will design and implement a comprehensive program that provides students with exploratory experiences in various CTE pathways, including but not limited to Health Science, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Public Services, fostering early interest and foundational skills in careers that contribute to the workforce, communities, and individual career preparation. Experience, Training, Education & Background Clearance:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Must be able to clear a background check for eligibility to obtain a credential.
3. Associate Degree in Arts/Science or a Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
4. Industry Certifications preferred or be able to obtain CPR, EMR.
5. ? Possession of, or be eligible for, a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential or Multiple Subject Credential and qualify for a California Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Credential authorizing service in the appropriate subject. o A minimum of three years total industry experience in the field is required.
o An Associate Degree or higher preferred.
6. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Salary : $53,358 - $94,423
