Pay: $18 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Canton, CT
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to help enhance and maintain residential and commercial landscapes. Whether you're an experienced landscaper or just starting out, we want to hear from you!
Entry Level Skills Needed:
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid CT Driver's License (required for all employees)
High Level Skills Needed:
- Crew leader skills, including team management
- Expertise in pruning techniques
- Ability to perform cleanups effectively
- Knowledge of plant identification
- Planting and lawn installation experience
- Lawn maintenance experience
- Fertilizer operator license (encouraged but not required)
