We are seeking a full-time Sleep Care Clinic Supervisor for location in Tucson, Arizona.
Valley Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and their physicians are Board Certified Sleep Medicine Specialists. Position Summary: The Sleep Care Supervisor reports to the Director of Patient Services of Valley Sleep Center and provides the supervision of the Clinic/Scheduling Team functions within their location. This includes patient services, intake, scheduling, chart maintenance, clinic services to Patients and Providers including electronic medical records and other various roles in achieving Valley Sleep Center's mission of providing excellence in patient care.
Primary/Essential Job Functions:
· Coordinate and manage the Clinic/Scheduling Team to ensure effective delivery of patient and Provider services, intake, scheduling, telephone and voice mail response, chart maintenance and other various support roles.
· Coordinate with Supervisors of all locations to ensure cross functioning Teams are accountable for the quality of Patient care. Create an environment of mutual respect across all aspects of Valley Sleep Center. Back up of other locations as needed.
· Set goals and deadlines for the Clinic/Scheduling Team. Hold Team Members accountable to meet their goals and objectives.
· Prepare data to Director of Patient Services and President regarding Branch performance to ensure the goals of Valley Sleep Center are achieved.
· Address issues to resolve concerns of Providers and patients encountered in the day to day activities of Valley Sleep Center.
· Identify and maintain growth opportunities for Valley Sleep Center.
· Complete daily and weekly quality assurance reports and review of missing data and provide feedback to the Team and Management as needed.
Clinic Services, Scheduling and Team Management:
· Manage the Clinic/Scheduling Team; interview and hire in coordination with the Director of Patient Services, train, resolve issues and create an environment in line with the Valley Sleep Center culture that drives excellence in Patient care.
· Ensure the policies and procedures of Valley Sleep Center are reviewed with each Team Member.
· Review the Clinic/Scheduling Team to maximize efficiency and to provide effective support to Patients.
· Review and log requests for time off, vacation and time card information. Maintain the essential functions of the Branch location without interference to Patient care while coordinating coverage for the Branch.
· Assist Team Members in various work related matters, as appropriate.
· Facilitate and resolve disputes or issues between Team Members. Coordinate with Director of Patient Services when necessary.
· Manage Clinic/Scheduling Team performance and evaluations. Set goals in line with company goals, objective and quality standards. Provide feedback and direction to Team and recommend consequences for nonperformance to Director of Patient Services.
· Other duties as requested by Director of Patient Services and President of Valley Sleep Center.
