- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assess patients' clinical conditions and communicate relevant information to healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions during patient care.
- Completion of an accredited nursing degree program (BSN, ADN, or ND).
- Active RN licensure in good standing.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Desirable: ACLS certification and prior experience working in inpatient psychiatric settings.
