Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Develops and implements individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicates effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers regarding changes in patient condition.
- Participates in discharge planning processes, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
- Must have graduated from an accredited BSN, ASN, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
- ACLS certification is preferred, and minimum one year of experience in inpatient psychiatric settings is necessary.
