About the Opportunity
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Healthcare Clinical Nurse to work on our child/adolescent unit in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plans, and communicating with patients, families, and staff.
- Effective assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills are essential.
- Nursing care plans are developed and coordinated with patients and staff.
- Active participation in discharge planning processes is expected.
Requirements
- A Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program graduation is required.
- A current state licensure as a Registered Nurse / RN is essential.
- BCLS certification is mandatory; ACLS certification is preferred.
- A minimum of one year's experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is expected.
The salary range is $42-$62 per hour.
