As a Per Diem Behavioral Health Nursing Supervisor you will:
- Functions under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and assumes responsibility for the Nursing Department as assigned.

Is the leader in charge when administration is out of the building.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for implementing nursing goals and objectives based on budget parameters.

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients’ needs and provides nursing care for patients.

Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.
Qualifications
As a Per Diem Behavioral Health Nursing Supervisor you will have:
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

BSN preferred.

Valid state Registered Nurse license.

3-5 years of nursing experience in a behavioral health hospital environment.

1 to 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
