What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics Tech. position at Valley Staffing?
Electronics Repair Tech position available in Hillsville & must have experience.
Hours 7am-3 : 30pm.
Troubleshooting & repairing various production & test equipment.
Maintain parts inventory.
May build new equipment or re-design existing equipment.
Must have knowledge of solid state devices.
May repair mechanical devices.
Must have knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Ladder Logic & Computer Programming.
Ability to read electrical prints.
Must possess the ability to do board level repairs, & possess good soldering skills.
Knowledge of instrumentation.
Background in the repair of power supplies.
Welding
Must be able to design or repair control boards for electrical machine capabilities.
Bench work / Diagnostic work on the board.
Other requirements : Lifting up to 50 lbs. Standing for up to 8 hrs., sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, & moving in order to make repairs to machines. Good hand / eye coordination.
