Job Title: Material Handler Operator (Sennebogen)

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate Sennebogen material handlers to load, unload, and move recyclable materials safely and efficiently with a Magnet or Grapple.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safety and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate material flow to optimize yard operations and productivity.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating Sennebogen material handlers or similar heavy equipment.
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification preferred.
- Ability to safely operate equipment in an active recycling or industrial yard.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recycling, scrap metal, or similar industries.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
