SUMMARY
The Assistant General Manager is a senior management position that serves as a key advisor and right-hand person to the General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will play a critical role in facilitating communication, coordination, and strategic decision-making within the executive team.

Operations Expert:- Ensures day to day critical projects happen, supports/manages staff.

Strategic Advisor:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and the executive team, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and guidance on key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with the General Manager or other top executives to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain corporate strategic initiatives.

Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the General Manager and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication flow within the executive team, ensuring that key information is shared in a timely and accurate manner.

Project Management:
- Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and departments to drive collaboration and project success.
- Autonomously executes important initiatives with little oversight. Implements the directive: “Can you make this happen?”

Executive Support:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule, and priorities to ensure efficient use of time.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the executive, keeping them well-informed and prepared for meetings and engagements.
- Acts as a thought partner to the General Manager. Thinks through and acts as a sounding board to weigh ideas. Speaks openly about ways to improve the General Manager’s performance and efficiency.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- The Assistant General Manager has excellent business savvy and is comfortable with financial statements and reports.
- The Assistant General Manager role is dynamic and multifaceted, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
