Terrace Communities Assisted Living and Memory Care, a premier, family-owned company with over 30 years experience is seeking an RN to oversee the care component of 6 communities in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine (centered in Upper Valley of VT/NH near Hanover, NH).
The Regional Health Services Director will be directly responsible for ensuring professional and high-quality health care standards within all Terrace Communities, as well as ensuring readiness for successful state surveys. The individual must possess: a strong clinical and infection control background in an assisted living or geriatric setting; knowledge of regulatory and HIPPA compliance; ability to write/update nursing policies and procedures compliant with each state; ability to train, manage and support nursing and care staff at the communities; ability to successfully navigate relationships with medical referral community and resident families; ability to facilitate tiering; strong verbal and written communication skills, computer and nursing software skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and appreciation for budget management.
