What you'll do
- Develop and implement a strong process to maintain high shop efficiency.
- Hire, train, and motivate the service team
- Customer focus, with a friendly attitude
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses
- Factory warranty administration
- Proficient with computers and software, including Microsoft Office
- CDK experience preferred
- Must be career-minded and demonstrate with the previous tenure
