We are seeking a motivated and professional Vehicle Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients while helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a timely and professional manner
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating terms, preparing sales contracts, and coordinating delivery of vehicles
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and competitive offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and goals
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training and meetings
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
