VACANCY: The Valley View Public School District is seeking individuals to fill a Summer Connections Teacher position.
Orientation: TBD
Date: June 2, 2025 – July 2, 2025 *No classes on June 19th and 20th
Locations: AVM/BMS/BJW/HHH/IND/KLH/ WOV
Time: 8:45am-1:15pm, M-F
Note: Number of positions anticipated to be determined by student enrollment. Teachers will be notified as soon as possible regarding the status of their employment for the summer. Teacher assignments are contingent upon student enrollment.
JOB SUMMARY: Performs functions including planning and delivering instructional lessons that meet each individual student’s needs; creating a classroom environment that is conducive to learning; and employing effective instructional techniques for every learner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
WORKING CONDITIONS: Teachers will be paid $40.00 per hour. Applicants must work the entire summer session. No vacation times or subs are acceptable.
