What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Electrician position at Valley View Electric?
We are currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician to assist in a combination of repairs, installations, residential, commercial, new construction and maintenance, agricultural construction, and service calls.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot service calls
- Add new lights and outlets
- Panel and service upgrades
- Install solar systems
- Install backup power systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
- Journeymen Electrician License
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience in electrical or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Salary : $28 - $38
