What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner position at Valley View Health Center?
Valley View Health Center is one of the fastest growing Community Health Centers in SW Washington. We are currently recruiting a full time, primary care nurse practitioner with 2 years of primary care experience or fellowship-trained for our clinic in Chehalis, WA. Must have active Washington State RN and ARNP license as well as DEA.
This practice utilizes in depth knowledge of physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the advanced registered nurse practitioner's scope of practice. The main practice location is a full service primary care practice including pediatrics through geriatrics. Provider must have ability to work collaboratively with these service providers and other licensed professionals (MD, ARNP, RN, behavioral health therapist).
