Primary Duties:
- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Activity Programs to ensure all patients’/residents’ assessed needs are met.
- Records and maintains activity progress notes as well as a record of patient/resident activities.
- Compiles and maintains an activities schedule
