Job Responsibilities

As an LPN at Valley View, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with registered nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Providing educational support to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must possess:

• A current LPN license in good standing
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification within one month of hire
