Valley View's Rocky Mountain Urology clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

Responsibilities include providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred. Reception experience preferred!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Receptionist/clerical experience required
- Patient care background preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.

SALARY RANGE
- $19.00 to $27.75/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
