As the PCT/CNA/MA-LPN, you will:
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
- Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic.
- Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.
- Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
- Required to successfully completion of Assessment-Based Recognition (ABR) program in order entry for electronic health records (EHR’s), within 30 days of hire.
Skills:
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Laboratory and/or X-ray experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE
- $20.41-$30.02/hour (PCT Clinic)
- $21.23-$31.22/hour (CNA Clinic)
- $22.08 to $32.47/hour (MA Clinic)
- $22.96-$33.77/hour (LPN)
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for PCT/CNA/MA
- $1,000 sign on bonus for a six-month, full-time commitment. (Some internal candidates may not be eligible).
