Rehab Scheduler need for our Glenwood Springs Rehab Department!
Bilingual Required (English/Spanish)
This is a full-time position in our Rehabilitation Services department.

As the Rehab Scheduler you will:
- 1. Monitor for incoming referrals to Outpatient Rehab Services
- 2. Call patients within 72 hours of receiving referrals
- 3. Leave messages for patients who don't answer
- 4. Call patients back if patient has not responded and scheduled evaluation within 48 hours
- 5. Communicate with Patient Access Professional after scheduling new evaluation to request benefit verification or insurance authorization if required based on patient's insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent
Experience:
- 0-6 months minimum

SALARY RANGE
- $20.00 to $28.87/hour
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
