- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice
- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment
- Document patient care given, monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Graduate of a credited nursing program
- Valid Arizona nursing license or valid multistate license from a recognized compact state acceptable to Arizona
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
