Medical Director
Valley View Retirement Community located in Belleville, PA, is seeking a Medical Director for its skilled nursing program. The position entails providing clinical oversight and leadership to a skilled nursing facility's medical care, ensuring quality patient care by reviewing resident health records, collaborating with nursing staff, and making informed medical decisions to optimize resident well-being while adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
The medical director will serve mainly in an administrative capacity while also providing oversight to a full-time Advanced Care Practitioner. Flexible hours. The role is approximately 8 hours a week and works closely with nursing leadership to drive clinical outcomes and implement best practices.
The current medical director is retiring, and Valley View is seeking the best candidate to fill this important role by the end of March.
