Job Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals. As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of patient conditions and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs as needed
- Provide personalized care and support to patients to enhance their overall well-being
- CPR certification is required upon hire and must remain current during employment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Hold a current and active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- Have at least one year of skilled nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting
