Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals. The LPN will deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and training to CNAs as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- CPR certification is required upon hire and must remain current during employment
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Hold a current and active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- Have at least one year of skilled nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting
