We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care and support to patients to enhance their overall well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Provide education and training to CNAs as needed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Hold a current and active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- Have at least one year of skilled nursing experience, preferably in a similar setting
