Qualifications
- Highly motivated, self-directed pharmacist with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in Colorado or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency; PGY-2 specialty residency preferred.
- 2-4 years of clinical pharmacy experience, with a focus on ambulatory care, internal medicine, or transitions of care preferred.
- Experience with ambulatory care billing for pharmacist-provided services is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and medication reconciliation processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
