What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) position at Valley View?
As the Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients and develops treatment plans for a variety of inpatient and outpatient diagnosis and design and implement programs to improve function and independent productive living.
You will provide PRN Occupational Therapy services primarily for Inpatient.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
- Current Colorado OT license or ability to obtain.
- Minimum of 1 year post graduate experience is strongly preferred
- BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.

SALARY RANGE
- $38.43 to $57.64/hour 14% PRN Differential Pay.
- Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
- Annual Bonus to eligible PRN employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
