What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-ray/CT Tech-2nd Shift position at Valley View?

- $10,000 Relocation (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
- $1,000 Monthly Housing Stipend for the first 6 months
- Great Schedule: Wednesday-Friday plus every other weekend.
-Wednesday: 0800-1830, all other shifts 1130- 2200. No call!-
Needs to be able to do Fluoroscopy, OR, X-ray, and CT.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing a variety of imaging procedures, comfortable working in a sometime hectic environment, demonstrate a high level of skill, confidence, and autonomy while practicing proper safety techniques and providing high quality films.
REQUIREMENTS
- ARRT (R) and (CT), both required
- 1 year of current experience performing Radiographic procedures is required, 3 years is preferred.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to perform in three modalities is preferred.
SALARY RANGE
- $38.43 - $57.64/hour (Rad Tech III w/CT Registry) Full-time Benefits Package
- Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, skill set and number of modalities.
- $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
- $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
- $4.25/hour weekend differential when working a minimum of 5 consecutive hours between 7pm on Friday and 7 am on Sunday.
