Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Route Auditor located in City of Industry, CA. The Route Auditor will be responsible for daily auditing of collection routes, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and identifying areas for improvement. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on service quality, verifying route completion, and conducting regular field inspections. The Route Auditor will also handle customer inquiries and address service issues promptly to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong observational and analytical skills for auditing and monitoring processes
- Proficiency in using route auditing software and tools
- Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
