We’re looking for a compassionate Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer service while helping patients access the care they need. If you have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for patient-centered service, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide professional, empathetic customer service.
- Schedule patient appointments according to protocol.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
- Accurately document and relay messages to nurses and providers to ensure proper follow-up.
- Seek additional information from departments to resolve caller inquiries efficiently.
- Identify and respond appropriately to emergency situations, including mental health emergencies.
- Call patients or their representatives when necessary to relay important information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Soft Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to recognize when additional resources or crisis intervention is needed.
