At Valley, more than 60 experienced physicians, midwives and nurse practitioners use their expertise to provide quality care in a variety of comprehensive services for all stages of life. Our Vineyard division is looking for a Nurse Practitioner.
POTENTIAL CANDIDATES will provide high quality patient care under the supervision of a physician, within the scope of training and education. Assess patient care plans and provides comprehensive patient care independently or in autonomous collaboration with other health professionals. Cooperates with other health care personnel to coordinate patient care and establish mutual goals. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Demonstrate and fosters a commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork. Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the State of Utah, including DEA number. Candidate must be a motivated, hardworking individual, Must be able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
